The location was perfect, right on the waterfront with stunning views. I loved being close to the beach and having restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which was a treat. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check-in early and use the rooftop after I checked out. The breakfast offered on the rooftop was plentiful and tasty.

The housekeeping staff only provided one roll of toilet paper and there were no additional supplies available.

We had the best vegetarian breakfast we have seen anywhere in the world. You guys made our stay wonderful. It is so close to the airport.

Fantastic view of the sea from our room. Staff was EFFICIENT every day. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Meat Amore that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Reception staff went above and beyond to assist us, even picking us up when our taxi dropped us off at the wrong location. Location of the hotel was ideal, close to Old Town and convenient for exploring Polignano.

Difficult to reach staff and cleaning services were lacking. Room amenities were not always stocked, and bed sheets didn't fit properly.

Hospitality of the owners was impeccable. The fully riched breakfast served on the terrace was absolutely wonderful. The nice sea view on the terrace is unique.

Tv stations were only in italian language.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the waterfront and just a few steps away from the charming restaurants and shops. It was great to be able to easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful view from our room's window and the deck. The delicious and varied breakfast options, including gluten-free and lactose-free choices, really impressed us. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

While there were a few minor issues that could be addressed, such as the need for some repairs and improved soundproofing, overall the experience was wonderful. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the hotel itself was tastefully renovated.

The beach towels provided were a nice touch and the view from the terrace was stunning. The hotel's location in the heart of the old town meant that there were plenty of great restaurants and pubs nearby, making it easy to find a good spot to eat.

The pool area was quite small and there weren't enough sunbeds, which made it feel overcrowded at times. The wifi didn't work on the terrace and the bathtub in our room was difficult to use and left water all over the bathroom floor.
